Zubrivka (alcohol drink with herb of Sweet Grass)

Ingredients: Sweet Grass
The recipe: a bottle of vodka (0.5 liters). Put 1-2 leaves of Sweet Grass and 1/3-1/4 teaspoons of sugar. Infuse for 10-14 days in a dark place. Properly prepared infusion should have light green color.
Served “Sweet Grass” to cold meat, game, poultry and snacks.
